ChatBot Sentiment Analysis

Sentimental Analysis is a way of analyzing the customer's response and sentiments by understanding
the user's psychology behind the text that they are sending and talking about. This helps in analyzing
customer's sentiments that is if they are happy, satisfied or not which helps the Chatbot in handling the
customers differently in context with their responses.
The problem is to interact with customer reviews and to fulfil customer need, requirement.
So, we have some solution using Ml and AI that can help us to understand the reviews of customer
and generate the output in form of sentiment and analyse the emotion of the customer feedback in
order to fulfil customer needs.
We all know that if a customer gets delayed response towards a particular query about a service or
product, it usually ends with the customer abandoning it. This is where Chatbots have made a huge
impact by answering to customer's queries immediately.
To do so, we have created a chatbot that interact with customers take input from the them in form of
text, url, tweets and after analysing the response ,calculating the polarity of the text or url summary
either positive, negative, neutral and that is what sentiment analysis does.

Meanwhile, Artificial intelligence is initiating innovative possibilities to rationalize investment in the core
technology, where sentiment analysis will play a crucial role in the marketing domain. It will improve
targeted sales messages and support industries in understanding consumer’s preferences. Sentiment
analysis surely has a bright future ahead, one that will eventually find its way into AI voice platforms like
Echo and Alexa, which may soon be able to understand a lot more than text inputs.
In Future I would like to add more functionality and more interactive UI.
You are now thinking this is amazing technology. You're right, it is. Should it remain within customer
service? Of course not!
Ultimately, every chatbot will have some sort of sentiment analysis functionality. It makes sense to provide
an optimal experience to each individual user. The power of a sentiment analysis functionality is it offers
personalisation and consideration, at scale.
